2. What data we collect and how

You can get in touch with RC Arreglos through the following channels:

  • Website contact form: we collect your name, email address, telephone number (optional), type of alteration and the message you write to us. All fields marked with an asterisk are required in order to reply to you. For security reasons we also record your IP address and the date of submission, for the sole purpose of preventing abuse of the form.
  • Telephone: when you call +34 952 89 28 47 you provide whatever details you consider necessary for us to handle your enquiry.
  • Email: when you write to info@rcarreglos.com you provide your email address and the data contained in your message.
  • In person at the shop, Plaza Ginebra, Local 8, San Luis de Sabinillas.

Messages sent through the form are forwarded by email to the RC Arreglos mailbox. They are not stored in any Website database and are never used to send you marketing communications.

In addition, the Website may automatically collect technical browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through the tools listed in the cookie section.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Customer data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service and, once completed, for the periods required by law:

  • Tax and accounting data: 6 years (art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code).
  • Contact data with no contractual relationship: 6 months from the last contact.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. The Website may use third-party services (Google Maps, analytics tools) which have their own privacy policies:

Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), which provides appropriate safeguards for international data transfers (art. 45 GDPR).

  • Erasure ("right to be forgotten").

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): aepd.es.

This English text is provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail, as it is the legally binding text under Spanish law.
