We take up hems, take in bodices, adjust straps and replace zips on everyday, evening and occasion dresses, and on all kinds of skirts. From €6 and with no appointment, at our workshop in San Luis de Sabinillas, a short drive from Estepona, Casares and Sotogrande.
What we do
These are the jobs we are asked for most.
We take up dresses and skirts, including lined, full or layered ones.
We adjust the bust, waist and hips so the dress sits properly.
We shorten straps and adjust shoulders so the neckline stays where it should.
We replace broken zips, including invisible ones.
We take in or let out the waist of a skirt, whenever the garment allows it.
We alter occasion, mother-of-the-bride and guest dresses for weddings and events.

Made to fit you
A shop-bought dress is made for an average body. Two well-made adjustments, the length and the fit, completely change how it sits.
At RC Arreglos we have been altering clothes in the same premises in San Luis de Sabinillas since 2000, and we are an official alterations workshop for El Corte Inglés: we handle designer labels and delicate fabrics every day.
We pin the adjustments with you wearing the dress, and tell you the price and the timing on the spot. For the hem, bring the shoes you will wear it with.

Dress and skirt alterations start at €6. The price depends on the garment and on the job, and we tell you on the spot when we see it.
Usually between 3 and 5 days. If you need it for a specific date, such as a wedding or an event, tell us when you bring it in.
Yes. We alter occasion, mother-of-the-bride and guest dresses: hem, fitting, straps and zips.
In most cases, yes. How much depends on the cut and the fabric, so we work it out with you wearing the dress.
It depends on how much spare fabric there is in the seams. We check with the garment in front of us and tell you how much can be let out.
No. We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:30, and no appointment is needed.
Where to find us
Our workshop is at Plaza Ginebra, Local 8, 29692 San Luis de Sabinillas (Manilva, Málaga). Customers bring us their garments from Manilva, La Duquesa, Estepona, Casares, Sotogrande and San Roque.
We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:30.
