So your dress fits the way you pictured it
We alter your wedding dress to fit you: hem, bodice, straps, bustle and zips. We have been working with delicate fabrics since 2000 at our workshop in San Luis de Sabinillas, a short drive from Estepona, Casares and Sotogrande.
What we do
Every dress is different. These are the alterations brides ask us for most.
We take the hem up to suit your shoes, including skirts with several layers, tulle or lace.
We take in or adjust the bust, waist and hips so the dress sits properly and stays in place.
We shorten or add straps and adjust the neckline so you are comfortable all day.
Shortening, narrowing or reshaping sleeves to the length and width of your arm.
We add a bustle to lift the train, so you can dance and move around without stepping on it.
We replace zips and go over buttons, hooks and small open seams.

Your dress, in good hands
A wedding dress cannot be rushed. It usually has several layers, linings, lace and fabrics that do not forgive a bad cut. At RC Arreglos we have been altering clothes in the same premises in San Luis de Sabinillas since 2000, and we are an official alterations workshop for El Corte Inglés: we handle designer labels and delicate fabrics every day.
Before we touch anything, we look at the dress with you, explain what can be done and give you a fixed quote. If an alteration is not going to turn out well, we will tell you.
We also alter bridesmaid, mother-of-the-bride and guest dresses, and the groom's suit: sleeves, hems and the fit of jacket and trousers.

Step by step
Come with the dress, your wedding shoes and the underwear you will be wearing.
We pin the adjustments on you and tell you the price and timing before we start.
You try it on again when you collect it, to check everything sits as it should.
Common questions
It depends on the dress and on the work it needs: taking up a plain skirt is not the same as taking up one with several layers of tulle or lace. That is why we do not quote blind. Bring the dress to the workshop, we look at it with you and give you a fixed quote on the spot, with no obligation.
The sooner the better. Ideally, bring it several weeks before the wedding so there is time for an unhurried fitting once the work is done. If your wedding is close, call us on +34 952 89 28 47 and we will tell you honestly whether we can have it ready in time.
No. We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:30, and no appointment is needed. If you would like to be sure we can see you without rushing, give us a call before you come.
The shoes you will wear on the day, or a pair with the same heel height, and the underwear you will wear with the dress. The hem length and the fit of the bodice both depend on them.
Yes. It does not matter where you bought it: we look at it in the workshop and tell you what can be done and what result to expect.
Yes. We alter evening and occasion dresses, as well as suits, jackets and trousers.

Our workshop is at Plaza Ginebra, Local 8, 29692 San Luis de Sabinillas (Manilva, Málaga). Brides bring us their dresses from Manilva, La Duquesa, Estepona, Casares, Sotogrande and San Roque.
We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 14:30.
